2. I do not live in China, how can I purchase your cameras and accessories?

 

If you live outside China, you may purchase our products by contacting us directly or through one of our international distributors. Click here to view of a complete list of sales contact information.

 

3. Is there a minimum order?

 

We do not usually request minimum order quantity, however, we offer lucrative discounts for bulk purchase. Please contact our sales team (sales@lanoptik.com) for further information.

 

4. Can I order more than 4 of the same product?

 

To optimize shipping and handling times, each webstore transaction is limited to a quantity of four of any model and a quantity of ten of any accessory part number.  If you wish to make bulk orders please contact us directly.

 

5. How do I pay for my order?

 

First-time customers have the choice of paying in advance or by credit card. We hope you understand this measure. We accept credit card payments up to $3,000.00. Please pay invoices over $3,000.00 by bank transfer.

 

6. How do you ship the products?

 

Our carrier is DHL. If you have your own customer number we can also ship your products using FedEx, TNT or UPS services.

 

7. What are your delivery times?

 

Regularly, we deliver within 5 working days from our warehouse. Please check the order confirmation for the exact delivery date.

 

8. What support does Lanoptik offer?

 

Lanoptik offers comprehensive assistance during product selection as well as helpful support in case of technical problems. We also process warranty claims and the repair of defective products.

 

We also offer customers the opportunity to test cameras or evaluation boards in the customer-specific application environment for a pre-determined time. For this time, we lend the respective equipment to the customer free of charge.

 

9. Is your entire catalog listed on this website?  

 

Yes! All standard LANOPTIK products are listed on this website. Pricing and online ordering is available for all standard products except for microscopes, for these, please contact us. 

 

10. I didn't get a software CD with my camera purchase. Where can I get supporting software?

 

All LANOPTIK software, firmware and SDK are available download on our website here. This includes the latest versions of Budget series, Pixit series, Rapid series and Vivid series.  Note: SDK downloads require email request. If you can't download files successfully from the website, please contact support@lanoptik.com
